From speaking with farmers and spinners, it became clear: many fleeces are worth less than the cost of shearing.
The result? Wool that could be cherished is treated as a waste product.

We work directly with local farmers, paying fairly for fleeces once considered “unusable”, often only because they don’t fit commercial dye processes.
